Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your ₹499/year plan at any time from the link in your payment receipt email, or by writing to us. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for and does not renew.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first payment: full refund, no questions asked.
• Renewals: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the renewal date.
• After 7 days: no refund for the rest of the year, but you can cancel so it does not renew.
• Service failure: if ReachU did not work for you because of a problem on our side, we will refund you.

How to ask

Email pulamala1729@gmail.com from any address with the mobile number on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 working days.
