These terms govern your use of ReachU (“ReachU”, “we”), operated by Chandra Sekhar Pulamala, India. By creating an account or using ReachU you agree to them.

1. What ReachU does

ReachU lets an owner put a QR code or link on a vehicle, home, belonging or business so that other people can call or message the owner without either side seeing the other's phone number. Calls are connected through a virtual number.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a mobile number you own and keep its one-time codes private.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You agree to receive calls and messages relayed through ReachU on that number.

3. Plan and payment

• ReachU costs ₹499 per year, billed in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and may show its name on your statement.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid year. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• If a renewal fails, your tags stop accepting contact until payment succeeds.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ReachU to harass, threaten, spam, defraud or stalk anyone, to contact people who have not agreed to be contacted, or to break any law. We may suspend accounts or tags that are misused.

5. Emergencies

ReachU is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.

6. Availability

We work to keep ReachU available but do not guarantee that every call or message will be delivered, for example during telecom or network outages. ReachU is provided “as is”.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ReachU is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
